The Patented Louver
Insert-A-Blind's patented louver is made of polyvinyl-PVC. The specially designed patent louvers feature a reinforced cringle or wave construction, which enhances their strength and resists bending and sagging.
The patented design features louvers tilted at the top, enabling the ladder cord to pass through the back instead of the center of each louver. When the blind is closed, it effectively seals out light gaps. The unique louver features clear channels for inserting fabric, wallpaper, art, and other creative designs. Owners can change the look of their window covering without removing the blind from the window.

Our Canvas Peel and Stick Paper
- Included with each Insert-A-Blind is our custom-designed peel-and-stick Canvas Paper (CP). The proprietary design allows customers to transfer their ideas to custom inserts effortlessly.
- The specialty peel-and-stick paper is cut to the size of the blind order. The adhesive side of the paper is applied to the back of the fabric, wallpaper, or images. The non adhesive back of the paper, features pre-set lines for consistent cutting. Once applied the smooth surface of the paper allows the inserts to slides in and out of the clear channel with ease.
- Insert-A-Blind’s Canvas Paper is available for separate purchase when customers are ready to refresh their room décor. Each order includes a utility cutting knife for easy slicing and a fabric tracing marker.
